Hunting

HB Richardson Farms is particularly noted for its abundance of whitetail deer and wild turkeys. There are also several areas that attract water fowl. Hunting is available across 710 acres with conditions that protect the leased portions for cattle and agricultural crops.

There are many benefits to hunting on private land. The most obvious being no competition from other hunters, more abundant
game due to fewer hunters, and the ability to manage and influence game population.

This property will entertain annual and/or multi-year contracts.
